I am having problems saving a picture on my laptop as wallpaper, if I right click on it it does not give me the option of using it as wallpaper or background. Also if I try to do it from the file menu when saved the wallpaper options are not highlighted so i can not use them. I know it can be done as I already have a photo set as my wallpaper which someone did for me. Could someone please assist.

Save your picture then use the display dialog to "browse" to the location you saved your picture.
