Hello, can anyone help me please. Having just returned form holidays I noticed my pc was frozen, I rebooted only to have the screen where then options foe safe mode, prompt only, safe with networking etc appears, on trying all options the pc loops around and comes back to this page. I can seem to do much with it at all.

Looks like all the basic recovery options are exhausted.
