Upgrade the RAM. How much RAM have you purchased recently ??

256 MB is too low for Windows XP !!!! Even though it meets the system's minimum requirements. I have 1 GB of RAM !!!!

In your case, the problem is not evident. We have tried a few scans etc but I am not able to pinpoint the problem. Therefore it will take some research for me to figure out how to best go about identifying and resolving your issue.

Just because I am posting for other users in the forum doesnt mean that I have forgotten your issue !!!!

Dont worry, I will not leave you hanging !!!!!!! In case I dont figure out anything, I will ask my colleagues on the site for help.

Please download WebRoot SpySweeper from here:
http://www.webroot.c...6d6f87b866d2848
(It's a 2 week trial)

Click the "Free Trial" link on the right - next to "SpySweeper for Home Computers".
On the next page, click the "Free Trial" button.
Download it and install it.
When you open the program, it will prompt you to update to the latest definitions.
Please do so, then click "Sweep Now"
Then click the "Start" button.
When it's done scanning, click the "Next" button.
Remove everything it finds, then save the log - copy the log and paste it here for me.
