make windows xp log faster

i have apentium III 1 ghz, 128 mb ram, 20 gb disk, i have installed windows xp on it and it runs great i just want to make it run even smoother at startup

bump that up to atleast 256, if not 512

running xp with 128mb of ram is like putting on a pair to pants 3 sizes too small

Though 3 pants sizes too small isn't bad in every situation :-D But yeah at least 256MB of ram is needed.
