norton internet security

each time i click on my "internet security" i get a msg: "unable to start the integrator, please reboot and try again" i can't get it going...any suggestions?

Go OFFLINE, uninstall Norton from Add/Remove, reboot, reinstall Norton, reboot and update as prompted.
