You did such a great job with my previous post (under HijackThis Logs) I figured I'd see if you guys could help here.

My Norton's AV catches someone trying to access my computer with a NetBus Trojan horse at least twice a day. I use their Visual Tracking device and have pinpointed IP's in Brazil, Virginia, Canada, South Korea, and France. What gives?! I've never had these issues before but why are so many people trying to access my computer?

I've run AdAware and Norton's System Scan...they detect nothing.

Hi Retrofit81,

You may enjoy reading this:

Pieter,

My Norton's AV has a firewall and it has been enabled. Is there a better one
I can use?

The best firewall is the one you are comfortable with, I always say.

Most errors/accidents happen when you are trying out a new one.
If you like NIS and you understand how to control it, don't change anything. smile.gif

But I hope the article told you what some of those attempts are trying to accomplish.

Regards,

Pieter
