First of all ,This website is Great and is a vast resourse of Info..... Thanks

Problem:
Recently My computer was affected by a virus which caused the computer to freeze only when using internet .. Just the internet and outlook express was affected.. I had used a restore point setting from a spybot program I had recently installed and was able to restore my internet use.... now the problem is getting my OE 6 Mail to open .. I tried reloading oe from an explorer program but continue to have this message come up after the oe program is started .. : "MSIN caused an error in kernel32DLL.. Msin will now close" and the mailbox freezes.

I called my internet support and they recommended downloading a version of MS instant messesger as this program works in conjunction with Outlook oping that this would take care of the prob... Having done that ,It did'nt help at all.. The Internet Tech support could offer no more solutions..
Any thoughts as to what might take care of this problem ??

Grateful for any Help
Thanks M252
