It still won't run, it gets as far as 3 bars and then just stops. I left it on for 2.5 hours and that is all it did. Does this have to do with the problems I had?

Hi DanaTx

Try this first.

How to defragment your Hard Drive.

Click on start> Open My Computer > Right clck on your main hard drive I.E C:\Drive > Now select Properties >
Now select Tools > Select Defragment now > Defragment

This my take some time to do if your drive is badly fragmented.

When done run cleanmgr

I downloaded that program and it worked great! I was able to get rid of a bunch of junk. Will I just use this instead of cleanmgr.? I tried to run it again after everything was done and it would not run. I sure do appreciate you help and knowledge!!! :tazz:

Hi DanaTx

Crapcleaner is very good I only use this program it remove's more junk.

You don't need the windows cleanmgr.

Please download Trend Micro™ Anti-Spyware for the Web Utility
You do not need to be online with the removal tool, save th tool to your desktop.

Let me know if it finds any malware
