keep loosing internet connection

Hi, I was hoping I could get some help. I keep loosing internet connection. Don't know how or why. Its my computer not my service provider(comcast) as I've already talked to them. Any help or ideas where to start would be great. Thanks.

have you ver had a spyware or virus problem or do you currently have one ? :tazz:

how are you connected to the internet? i assume with comcast being your isp you have a cable modem...do you have any routers or switches?
