Past employee left and had changed the login and password, now nobody can use the computer. This is for a preschool but we need the computer. We tried the www.loginrecovery.com suggestion. We turned the computer off and rebooted using the floppy only to get the message "NTLDR is missing" What do we do now? Any idea what to do about the NTLDR is missing? Any help would be appreciated.

To wipe out the password for a windows xp or 2000 machine

The ntldr message was only with the floppy in the drive, or any time since you inserted the floppy?
