When doing morning admin tasks, some user Norton virus log files freeze when trying to view them.
All other information shows that files are up to date, so connection is being made from our server to theirs server. We are only having trouble with a couple of user files doing this.
We are using Windows 2003 Server.

Any suggestions on why this is occurring and/or what can be done to solve this problem?
