Thanks

Can't you just reboot it normally like you would if you were directly in front of the computer?

No i cannot reboot as if i was in front of the computer.
When you are logged on remotely, you have the option to "Log off" or "Disconnect", there is no "shutdown" (but i want a reboot, not shutdown) option in the start menu, nor is there one on the login screen (it is disabled).

and i cant press teh reset button since im thousands of miles away

Thanks

Try the shutdown command in cmd from you PC.
Use the -m switch in it.
You can get help about it by typing shutdown/? in cmd.
But remember this command has to be run from the cmd on your PC and not the Remote one's.
