Hi there

Have tried the three suggestions below, but still have the preview pane at the bottom of the screen.

Does anyone have any more suggestions how I could get rid of the preview at the bottom of the screen.

1) Right click the taskbar then click toolbars and see what the ticked ones are

2) I suggest you START HERE and go through the manual fixes on your own and if you are still having problems, then post a hijackthis log in the malware forum

3) Open Outlook Express and under "Tools", choose "Options"...Under the "General" tab make sure that the first 4 boxes are ticked properly...especially the first and third. If you don't want to see the Inbox at startup or when you receive a message, untick boxes 1 and 3.
