Hi,
What could cause a HTTP - Error 403- Forbidden Internet Explorer error?

I don't have any trouble accessing any other site that I know of except this one, but in the past I have never had a problem logging on to it. The site is:

www.wvptc.com

I'm really wanting to load some literature from that site. If anyone else can load it please let me know if it's just a problem with my server. I'm running windows 98 SE and using verizon dsl.

I finally got the bright idea to ask one of my friends to try to access the site and she also got the same error message.
It has to be trouble with their site. I think I'll e-mail them and tell them about the problem.
