Possible Winfixer fix

after downloading seemingly every malware program i could find, i found this "fix" posted in another forum. it's very simple, and so far (2days) it seems to have worked. i'd appreciate feedback from the pros...is there any reason this WON'T be a permanent solution? here it is:



It is not a solution for all cases.



winfixer has been terrible to deal with; i hope this helps someone.
