fn hotkeys

I used to be able to use the fn+f5 key to switch between monitors but now none of the fn hotkeys are working, except for f10 and f11. I do not know how I am suposed to go about fixing this problem. Can anyone help me get my fn hotkeys up and running?

Have you looked for software for the keyboard from the manufacturers site.

Does the keyboard have an F-Lock key, usually one of the buttons at top, which will switch between standard and hot keys
