Hello.

I have a cable modem and it would not open up the web today. I called "support" and after checking everything figured out everything was working ok.

He then had me "msconfig" and uncheck ALL startup items and then restart. Well that worked and now I can get the web. My question is... is there and easy way to figure out which one of these startup items is blocking my internet access?

I have Windows ME and I just installed The Print Shop Deluxe version 15 yesterday.

Thanks smile.gif
