i have some problems with my jukebox studio 20. every time i plug it into the usb the computer will reset and give me this error
" windows was shut down to provent any damage to your system. if this is the first time you see this run a system's check. uninstall any new hardware and software."
then it goeson to say
"Stop 0x00000007F(0x00000000 0x00000000 0x00000000 0x00000000 )
any idea what that might mean? i hate having to plug the hd into my pc when i get new songs.

ps i have also flashed to Rockbox hoping my problems would go away... they didnt
