[COLOR=purple][SIZE=7][FONT=Arial]Hi, new here. I've got a prob with an exe file that just will not launch. I know many don't like Incredimail but I'm one who does. I had their premium version and wanted to create stationery so upgrade to their Letter Creator version. When I downloaded the new version, the IncMail.exe file would not launch - the icon does not work - nothing. *exe 's open ok on other programs on my PC so I don't think it's a malicious virus that attacks exe files. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, checked registry files - "%1" etc as well as the exe is all ok.

Can anyone see anything jump out at them from this logfile?
I don't know very much about these but am wondering about the /c
after the line:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [IncrediMail] C:\PROGRA~1\INCRED~3\bin\IncMail.exe /c - should that be there?

Many thanks,
I've been at this now for two weeks.
I have not given up yet!
