I used the DeviceUI by Fresh Devices and...BOOM there goes my icons on my Start Menu! All recent Softwares opened are gone! It looks a bit crap now and I cant seem to get that back I have tried opening few apps but still no luck!! Maybe I shoud reboot and see what happens but I think it is option that I changed in DeviceUI but cant find that option!
Any Help would be great!

No Luck! I uninstalled the DeviceUI and still the icons are missing!

I got it!! It isn't DeviceUI it is TweakUI by Power Toys for XP! I used Icon repair!!! Can I get them back?

Right click on items in start menu or in Windows Explorer and choose "send to...desktop" (create shortcut) to recreate them.

Thats is not the problem...It is the recently opened softwares!! Like once you open MS Word it goes to that list just above the 'Start Button'?

I uninstalled the TweakUI! I just have to wait and see if the icons stay!
