ok at the recovery console is their any command i need totype in except exit?

after i press r = repair a reair console posp up says type exit and reboot. i typed help to find out more commands their is a list of them, earlier i did the exit and it didnt boot up.. so is their a command i type or what??

He's not talking about the recovery console.. Choose the other option (not Exit or recovery console) then it will ask you if you want to repair your current system or install a new OS.. press the repair key.. and it should replace all system files in your system root folder.. You will lose all windows updates..
