Also, why are there multiple entries under device manager?
I have pasted both here.
I have: AMD Athlon XP 2000+, nVidia nForce 2 mobo from Asus, with on board Ge Force 220D , 256 MB PC2100 RAM (-32 MB shared for GPU) , 40GB 7.2k rpm IDE HDD (Samsung PUMA), onboard nVidia MCP Audio with Dolby Digital (this and the GPU take up 2 PCI , or IRQ whatever , not sure)
And WinXP Pro (NO SP) , system managed pagefiles.
I've been getting BSODs while playing games. Had updated video driver, but restored. Spread to all games now (viz NFSU, NFSU2 GTA Vice City). Games run well initially, then stutter and freeze or BSOD.
Frame rate, image quality very good. No probs otherwise.
I've also calculated, that out of 224 MB ram, processes use only abt. 93 MB, but shows 68 MB free, system cache has abt 70 MB.
Ran Memtest for 20 mins / 1000% . No errors.
No errors in normal operation also.
Please pay special attention to the PCI- RAM, PCI controllers, PCI bus management and related. Some problem must be there.
Please help.
