New IE fails in wcxgg32.dll to open then resets

Hi,

Happily surfing. Any existing IEs work just fine. However any new IEs opened initially opend with address about: but now fail with the following report

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2600.0 ModName: wcxgg32.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0000ad94

Google only suggests Camtasia, but that's no use..

AVG 7.0 says nothing

Adaware suggests

Sorry to follow up on own post but IE then continues to attempt to load a page, errors, resets and then offers to open new pages
