ok so which forums ( technical of course ) do they look out for people ? Like do people here become MVP ?

right, but how come people on other forums have also become MVP's and tehy say that they only work on those forums for example someone here on geekstogo is a MVP but who nominates them anyone on the forums or the special microsoft MVP ?

They are MVPs because they help in M$ newsgroups, but some of them also help in forums like this one too.
