Having a problem with DVD drive recognizing game disks, any game not just particular one. Sometimes have no problem but next time I try to access a game disk, DVD keeps asking for it as though it were non existent. Reseating disk does not work, using RW often does not work. Anything I can do to adjust something to correct this problem?
Following is some stats re my PC - hope I have included what is needed.
