Having a problem with DVD drive recognizing game disks, any game not just particular one. Sometimes have no problem but next time I try to access a game disk, DVD keeps asking for it as though it were non existent. Reseating disk does not work, using RW often does not work. Anything I can do to adjust something to correct this problem?

Following is some stats re my PC - hope I have included what is needed.

Confused - just posted a problem re my DVD Drive and the explanation did not come through but the stats I submitted came through twice????

What did I do wrong? Problem is with my DVD drive not recognizing game disks, any game, on occasions. One time no problem, next time cannot play the game because DVD keeps asking for a disk. Reseating and using RW drive not working as solutions. Can help?
