I recently uninstalled norton antivirus 2004 that came preloaded with the computer since I was planning to use another antivirus program. Afer I did that, I had a "windows no disk" error message that comes on just after startup. It only goes away after about 20 times of clicking cancel. I'm using a preinstalled windows xp home edition version 2002 with service pack 2. Any help on removing this will be gratefully appreciated.

Go to START --> RUN, and type in 'msconfig'. List the items that are shown in there in your next post in this topic.
