how do i fix WinSock Fix98?

hi ,
i used WinSock Fix98, and it dameged one of my internet connections (i use 2 diferent one's....(not at once..... :tazz: ) , how can i re install my old settings, i understand it backed up my old registry, i found the file - but what do i do with it? [ i'm using win 98]
