My PC is freezing and locking up and random times and all I can is restart it to fix. I need to know what the problem is but I can't figure it out. I've had the PC for about 6 months and this only started about 2 weeks ago.

Windows XP Pro
420W Power supply
Asus A8V Deluxe
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
Geforce FX 5200
1G DDRRAM
Three system fans (all working properly)

I have no idea what the problem is.

This could be anythinf from corrupted video card to malware problems so I suggest you do a system restore and if that doesn't work post a HJT Log in the malware section!
