Automatic Message/Error

First of all, stupid me clicked on a link that was in an automatic message sent by MSN Messenger and now everytime I click on a contact, that same message gets sent to them. I installed the program that those messages came from, but that didn't help.

Also, I'm getting errors while I'm on the internet that don't go away. I can't even shutdown my computer after they come.

PLEASE HELP! Thanks.
