I bought a brand new computer,
whenever i switch on my computer it starts without any bep sound and gets stuck on the booting screen for approx 30 sec. Moreover after that it shows a blank screen with a blinking cursor for another 30 seconds.

After all this im able to see the windows screen.

That's actually pretty good for a store bought machine. My Dell takes about 90 secinds, an HP takes about five minutes because they load their machines with junk and insist on running a full diagnostc suite every boot.
