ITEM: Apparent "Ask" or "Ask Jeeves" unwanted toolbar add-on ? (ActiveX in the Registry)....

I do not have a full Hi-Jack This paste.... Below is the data from monitors in the Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta-1 software I have installed. It will list "Downloaded ActiveX Programs".
(SEE: http://www.microsoft...re/default.mspx )
I have certainly used popular "Ask Jeeves" - but I can not be certain I have ever downloaded a toolbar.

My question is if anyone knows if this is part of any Ad/Spyware ? Thank you. (Information pasted below from scanner software):
