Try this:

1. Delete the games directory. By default this will be C:\Program
Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA\.

2. Now load the registry editor. Go to Start -> Run -> type in
"regedit" (without the quotes).

3. There are registry folders that causes this and must be removed. It
is found in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\

You must then locate and delete the folders named
->{823A68CC-3049-4A6B-8F63-7DC85E4BB1C9} and {0DEA94ED-915A-4834-A87E-388D012C8E02} and
{7914BE1E-F186-4790-B8F4-9F63C52A41C1}

4)Navigate back up to -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\EA Games

You must then locate and delete any folder that references "Medal of
Honor Allied Assault Spearhead or Breakthrough"

5)Navigate back up to -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Electronic Arts\EA
Games

You must then locate and delete any folder that references "Medal of
Honor Allied Assault Spearhead or Breakthrough"

6)Once these folders have been removed, close the registry editor, and
reinstall the game.
