Hello,

I'm new at this. I discovered Aurora and ABI on my puter. I can't removed the ABI thing from ADD/REMOVE section, it sends me to its website to download its "own uninstall file" I don't trust it...........So I didn't down load it. Still can't figure out HOW to get it out of there.

I did go to your page where you say if you suspect Spyware..Start here.

I downloaded and ran CLEAN UP and AD AWARE Se.............. I made the settings on the AD AWARE just as you specified.

Do I need to d/load the others?? Like Shredder ect??? Or do I only need one? If I need to d/load more..........Which ones?

I have windows Xp and I've already d/loaded the SP2 b4 this mess started.

Thanks for any info
