Hi Caron
Sorry the forum was down when I tried to answer
When you choose step by step
For the Log press n
for the System.ini press n
for the error messages we have been getting if they show up in step by step press n
Cheers
Peterm

the error came up when i pressed y for progra~1\symantec\symevnt.386

On these error messages if they show in step by step press No we do not want to process them

Hi Caron
Those error numbers come up blank
you need to write the page down or tell me what you put in the search
Cheers
