if there is a lot of files don't list them all can you see any symevnt.386 files
or directory or similar

cd .. enter this should take you back to c:\progra~1 then rd symantecenter

ok if you are still at the c:\progra~1\symantec> cd .. enter there is a space after cd then 2 dots ..
this should take you back to c:\progra~1>

is your email set for 2 mins send and receive?

after dir/p enter rem dir symantec was gone
now directory

ok at the c:\progra~1>cd .. enter
this should take you back to c:>
c:>cd windows enter
should now be c:\windows>
c:\windows>cd system
c:\windows\system>dir|sort|more enter
this should sort all the files in order write down all the files named
mpfbocks
mpfirewl
and if they have extenions such as .vxd or dll etc
example: mpfbocks.vxd

rename mpfirewl.vxd mpfirewl.bak enter
Ok can we use that floppy If you need what is on there then copy it to the computer you are using.
What windows is on the computer you are using 98Se ME XP ?
