180 search assistant internet not working

I deleted the 180 search assistant files manually then when i rebooted apparently a file i deleted was crucial to the system running. So i formatted and reinstalled windows and now my internet will not work. I can connect to a wireless connection however i cannot actually send data across it. Thank you for your aid

Did you also install the software for the network card, modem and input the access details
