HJT Log....Is my computer clean? [CLOSED]

I scanned with HJT and I'm not sure if my computer is completely clean....every time that i reboot My Computer is automatically opened for some reason...thats not normal....

Run Hijack This and click on scan. The following items need to be fixed -

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows Taskbar Msngr] C:\WINDOWS\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

Close all windows other than Hijack This. Check the boxes next to above items and click on Fix checked.
