Warhammer 40,000 FireWarrior Wont let me install

Hi , I have just bought WARHAMMER 40,000 Fire warrior and every time i click install it doesnt go in the Progress screen all it does is freezes when i click install i am runnung:

Windows XP HOME
Intel Celeron 2.53GHz
XFX Nvidia GeForce FX5200
768DDR RAM

What seems to be the problem
