Have been trying to use my scanner (which worked fine until June), reloaded disc that came with it, computer said it successfully loaded, tried to access it in the accessory file and an error message popped up as follows: Unable to access application 0xc000034, if you wish to terminate this application click OK. I didn't click it for fear of losing it, so I closed it instead. wiaacmgr.exe is the file the message came from. SO, is it my Scanjet HP 3300C scanner or the XP home edition that was preinstalled on my computer? Is XP home edition repairable if you don't have the disc? Downloadable repair for either??? Thanks!
