Hi there

Ok then, here is the first part of the fix for you. I strongly suggest that you print this out for reference as the fix progresses.

Step #1

Please download WebRoot SpySweeper from HERE (It's a 2 week trial):
  • Click the Free Trial link under to "SpySweeper" to download the program.
  • Install it.
  • Once the program is installed, it will open.
  • It will prompt you to update to the latest definitions, click Yes.
  • Once the definitions are installed, click Sweep Now on the left side.
  • Click the Start button.
  • When it's done scanning, click the Next button.
  • Make sure everything has a check next to it, then click the Next button.
  • It will remove all of the items found.
  • Click Session Log in the upper right corner, copy everything in that window.
  • Click the Summary tab and click Finish.
  • Paste the contents of the session log you copied into your next reply.

Step #2

Disable any real time monitoring from your security applications. Rescan with HJT. Place a checkmark against each of the following if they are there.

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://uk.red.client...fo/bt_side.html
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = http://renewalcenter...&p_cversion=100
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NVIDIA Video drivers] video_32sD.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [GSISETUP] C:\DOCUME~1\KCS\LOCALS~1\Temp\GsiInst.exe INSTALL C:\DOCUME~1\KCS\LOCALS~1\Temp\.\V205Res 13
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [NVIDIA Video drivers] video_32sD.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [VcCleanUp.exe] C:\DOCUME~1\MUZAFF~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\VcCleanUp.exe /F C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\SYMANT~1\LiveReg\ /RemoveAll
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft Updates] systemc32.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [NVIDIA Video drivers] video_32sD.exe
O16 - DPF: {15AD6789-CDB4-47E1-A9DA-992EE8E6BAD6} - http://static.windup.../bridge-c18.cab
O16 - DPF: {990D211C-FBA4-47FB-A764-A2D7A78A79E4} (SecureLogin) - http://www.gamegarde...me/ggsecure.cab
O16 - DPF: {AB29A544-D6B4-4E36-A1F8-D3E34FC7B00A} - http://install.wildt...ise/install.cab

Ensure that all other applications and windows are closed, then Click on Fix Checked . Then exit HijackThis.

Step #3

Reboot into Safe Mode: please see here if you are not sure how to do this.

Step #4

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files, and delete them if they are there:
.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\video_32sD.exe
C:\WINDOWS\video_32sD.exe
C:\video_32sD.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\systemc32.exe
c:\windows\systemc32.exe
C:\systemc32.exe

Step #5

Reboot into Normal mode, re enable any applications you disabled at the start of the fix, then rescan with HJT and post me a fresh log along with the Spysweeper log

Good Luck
