It seems like ive got something runningat the same time but when ive checked my applications its only saying what ive got running .It does appear to me like i have somthing in the background.and im getting some pop ups whach i dont really get but one which come up at really odd times like when ive logged on to my computer and not do anything i can get a pop up .

I think that is what I should do i ran it and tried to save the log but nothing happpend so I copy and pasted it.
or also this came up on the first section
