Hi ALL

I have a strange problem with my computer it will not boot up, when I press
the button the fan on the cpu runs the lights on the cd flash but no graphics
on the screen, and no beeps!! If I take the graphics card out and start I get the
normal beeps. What I have discovered is if I clear the cmos. Or take the battery
out for 30 seconds it fires up ok, but if I turn it off and leave it for say 5 mins
it wont start again .

I have not put any new hardware in it; I have changed the battery on the m/board
I have changed the hard drive for one exactly the same and I have changed the
memory. And I have used the latest bios

It has a Soltek SL-KT400C m/board
A Maxtor 40 gig h/drive
A Inno 3D 64meg Graphic card
A AMD Athlon XP 2200 CPU
And 256meg DDRAM 400

Any help please

It's only a guess, but perhaps your power supply is starting to die.
