Cpu Heatsink

Should I upgrade my heatsink? I have a 3 yr old Dell Dimension 4400 with a D845PT motherboard. I am going to upgrade my CPU from a 1.8 Ghz P4 to a 2.8 Ghz P4. I am concerned about having enough clearance with a larger heatsink. Does anyone know of a good heatsink or heatsink with a fan that will fit with enough clearance that will fit my motherboard?

Measure all the clearances and write them down, go to a computer store and find something that will fit comfortably with better cooling. That's what any one of us would have to do in your case.
