I.m posting this for a friend. She is unable to register. She can't receive or send e-mails, the help and support, the search, the user account, and ect....does not work. I run the program free Ad-Ware. The result was 8 Win32p2p.worm.alcan.a. and other stuff. I will try to get a list of other problems. Her kids need computor running for school. Thanks in advance.

with no HJT log it makes it difficult. we'll try this to see if it gets her running enough to post a hjt log.

Boot up in SAFE MODE <<<< important

Then navigate to and delete these files\folders in BOLD

C:\Program Files\MsConfigs<----folder
C:\Windows\system32\p2pnetwork.exe
C:\Windows\system32\CMD.COM
C:\Windows\system32\netstat.com
C:\Windows\system32\ping.com
C:\Windows\system32\regedit.com
C:\Windows\system32\tasklist.com
C:\Windows\system32\taskkill.com
C:\Windows\system32\taskmgr.com
C:\Windows\system32\tracert.com
C:\Windows\system32\bt.exe
C:\Windows\system32\z.tmp
C:\Windows\system32\bszip.dll

now try the computer, and try posting a HJT log.
