Hi,

I keep getting lexplore task running, and I know they are not good. They eventually crash my computer. I also get an autoupdate running, and goodness who knows what else. I have used Spybot, Ad-aware, spy sweeper, Norton anti virus, McAfee firewall plus, but they still keep on starting up. Please help. Here is my Hijackthis log:

what I want to do is hold on continuing the cleaning process until you are done with your Norton issue. Once you have completed that, please post a fresh hijack this log and let us know if you are still getting Iexplore crashes. as it stands now from your last log your system is clean
