I am a new user to gtg, I must say I love it I have started to learn alot about my computer. Theres one thing I need help with, I have windows xp, Intel. Pent. 4 CPU, 1.60GHz, 1.56 GHz, 512 mb, if that helps. Anyway my husband plays on Pacific Poker site alot and he complains it's slow at times and he gets booted, is there naything I can do to help speed it up so he'll stop complaining.
This is what I have done so far:
Went to start-up and unchecked like msn messenger and adobe that kinda stuff.
Went to virtual memory (someone told me to do this!) and I checked the system managed size part.
Thats what i've done so far.....any suggestions would be GREAT!!!
It may involve fresh baked cookies....the chocolate chip kind :)

:tazz: this will be my husband if I don't do something!!! PLEASE HELP!

Maybe you should clean up unwanted files? Use Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragment located in Startup-->All Programs-->Accessories-->System Tools. Then see what happens?
