Spyware - HELP!

Just the other night, I got a hold or rather it got a hold of me "MyWay" and a bunch of other spyware junk. I have used Spybot, AdAware and Spyhunter and each one picks up something the other didn't the first time. Spyhunter concluded that all was gone from my computer but in my Internet Explorer window, there is a reference to Searchbar and I still see references to MyWay.

I have also used Hijack This which has worked in the past but now seems like it doesn't know what to do. Also Spybot will not load now. My computer boot-up runs well until the welcome window comes up in XP and then it sits there for 2-3 minutes before finally loading.

I have dealt with Spyware before but as persistent as this. What can I do to get my computer back to reasonable health?
