Hi, Will someone please help me with my computer.
It is going extreamly slow and i dont know why? Sometimes is freezes. My friend told me about this site and said you might be able to help.

IMPORTANT you need to Move HijackThis to a permanent folder for the important backup feature to work properly.

To do this:

Go to My Computer (Windows key + E ), double click on C:
Click File > New > Folder

Name it HijackThis and unzip/move or download the program again to this folder.



Please Download LSPFix from here and Run the Program.
Disconnect from the Internet and close all Internet Explorer Windows.
Check the "I know what I'm doing" Button and move all instances of newdotnet6_38.dll from the left panel to the right panel then click ‘Finish’



Rerun HJT,and put a checkmark beside these :-

now close all windows and browsers and click FIX CHECKED

Then go to ADD\REMOVE programs in the control panel and remove :- (if there)


NewDotNet
MySearch



Then boot up in SAFE MODE

Then navigate to and delete these files\folders in BOLD


C:\Program Files\NewDotNet << This folder
C:\Program FilesMySearch << This folder



then reboot and post a fresh Hijackthis log.
