I am at work now will post back when I get home. I left the internet explorer open so If I get pop ups they will be there when I get back. Keep fingers crossed! :tazz:

Hi I came home and no pop ups both users report that the computer is working fine actually one said it was working really fast.

Did you really do it? Are we good to go? :tazz:

you're good to go :)

DISABLE SYSTEM RESTORE run your anti virus, when you get the all clear
restart your system restore.(same page).then create a new restore point :-

click START\ALL PROGRAMS\ACCESSORIES\SYSTEM TOOLS\SYSTEM RESTORE. click on "create new restore point"
click on NEXT and follow the prompts.

this is to ensure that if you have to do a system restore in the future that you don't get all the nasties reinstalled again.

Then


Download CCLEANER


then run the scan under the windows tab.


then DEFRAG your C:\ drive.

to help speed up your system.

Hey our computer shut down when I selected shut down! Yea.
I am running Mcafee now everything appears to be great.
