Bloodhound.w32.ep causes my desktop to not work

Norton tells me that Bloodhound.W32.EP is a virus infecting C:\WINNT\system32\WININET.DLL

It messes up my desktop and flashed back and forth causing my computer to run slow.

EDIT: I found the other link of somebody having the same problem and I am going to try a few of those things and if they don't work, I'll post my log.

Ok, so the other topic didn't really help so I'm going to post my Hijack this log.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
